At MFM, each new project starts with engineering design activities carried out for a defined specific need. The matured designs go through the stages of analysis, prototype production, testing and qualification before they are ready for production.
Depending on the need, the level of confidentiality of the subject matter and market analysis, several different scenarios frequently emerge for the production phase and beyond.

Engineering and designing for challenging requirements and collaborating with both end users and other subcontractors has always been a priority at MFM.
DESIGN OFFICE
3D designs, simulations and project controls of all hydromechanical and mechatronic projects and unit products manufactured are carried out in our office.
QUALITY CONTROL
All materials other than the products supplied ready to be used in the projects are supplied from our sub-industry that we work with continuously.
RIGID MANUFACTURING
In order to produce the manufacturing parts with the required precision, CAM is made beforehand. Production is made with our operators in accordance with the technical drawing.
WELDING PROCESS
We provide welding services in the workshop with our internationally recognised certified personnel.
HYDROMECHANICAL SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
The products coming from the production and warehouse to the assembly site are meticulously checked for project conformity before assembly.
TEST & QUALITY CONTROL
Pressure, function, electrical control tests are carried out before product dispatch. Customers are allowed to participate in the tests live or by video conference.
